According to my husband (2 weeks in, still feels weird & wonderful haha), this is probably the best thing that has come out of my kitchen. In fact, it’s so good that even though I would like to be able to tell you about shelf life, David doesn’t let them last more than a few hours! Don’t let the simplicity of this recipe fool you, these chips are salty, creamy, crunchy, cheesy, basically everything you could want in a chip for just 7 calories a piece! I suggest making a big batch of them and storing 10-15 at a time in mini zip top bags so you can pack them for lunch or on the run! Each chip is about 2 inches in diameter.

These are really delicious to just snack on but here’s a few other also tasty ways to use them:

  • Broken up in salads
  • Dunked in soup, especially your favorite tomato soup!
  • On paninis (or gluten free paninis)
  • Tossed with your favorite pasta recipe
  • As a cracker for your favorite mixed salad (tomato + kalamatas + olive oil + a dash of balsamic glaze would be great!)

For more gluten free, delicious, healthy recipes check out my new domain here! It’s much more organized and features only the best of my 3 years of healthy living blogging!

Whenever your faith in people is lost, remember these pictures.

This needs more notes. 37k is not enough

this is a post that deserves to be broken. One day I would like nothing more than too see this has too many notes.

People are still good. For some reason the negativity is all we pay attention to, but there are still good things happening in the world. We just need to be reminded of that once in a while.

Grades are getting low, the teens are getting high. That 12 year old is pregnant and her parents wonder why. A 1st grader is swearing, a 3rd grader has been raped. Just take a look around you, isn’t the system great? Who isn’t faded these days, teens are sending nudes, kids are getting beaten, the teachers see the bruises. No calls for help are spoken, teens are smoking weed, young girls are cutting, this isn’t what we need. The marks of taunt and yelling, parents are divorced. That 14 year old is drinking beer, this can’t get any worse. A little girl has killed herself, nobody seems to care. Another kid has been expelled for a stupid dare. But it needs to change. Our world is officially broken. It’s time to take a stand, your thoughts need to be spoken.

What has this come to?

The degradation of society (morality too).

I have been LOOKING for this post for SO LONG cause I wanted to watch Wish Upon a Star again! :D But I only have internet when I’m at Starbucks and I don’t really want to watch a movie here, so I’m attempting to load all 9 parts in different tabs so I can watch it when I get home. We’ll see how it goes.

MY LIFE IS COMPLETE AND JUST SO MAGICAL RIGHT NOW

Because when I was 13 years old, I was sent home for my tank top straps being a little too thin, but a boy could wear a Cool Story babe, Go Make Me A Sandwich shirt and not be looked at twice.

Because when I was 17 and I told a guy “No” and the next day the word tease was painted on my locker.

Because when I was 18 and just wanted to be friends, I was a bitch.

Because I feel the need to say “I have a boyfriend” instead of “No” because guys respect other men more than they would ever respect me.

Because society screams “don’t get raped” instead of “don’t rape”

Because I am scared to walk alone at 10 PM

Because being beautiful is the most important thing I’ll ever do.

Because when I wear my favorite skirt “I’m asking for it”

Because the song Blurred Lines exists

Because no means no no matter how you fucking spin it

Because a girl was drugged and raped with a beer bottle, and the boys who did it are out on bail.

Because I owe you nothing

Because pepper spray is a gift I receive yearly.

Because I am asked if I have a boyfriend more than I am asked about my mental health

Because my clothes say more about my consent then my mouth does.

Because the wage gap exists

Because “not all men are like that” is said way too often

ENOUGH ARE

Because I feel the need to say “I’m not a feminist but…”

Because I’m writing this fucking piece

When you ask why I’m angry? (via brennanat)

BECAUSE WHY THE FUCK NOT

If you reblog this before June 1 2014, I will write your URL down and stick it in a jar or whatever. Over the summer I will take the jar of URL’s and I will scatter them around. They may get taped to public loos, they may be thrown into crowds at festivals, or they may get put under napkins at restaurants.

Some one may find your URL, and who knows, they could message you telling you where they found it.

You have until June 1 to reblog.
